Quality Policy

Acting reliably – our quality standards

We want to know how and at what conditions the products sold by us are manufactured; how quality and delivery reliability are guaranteed; and whether the company will still exist a year from now. That is why all our suppliers are visited by a member of our executive management team at regular intervals and are audited. We attach the greatest importance to ensuring that safety and hygiene standards are complied with in Asian factories as well.

Our customers and their needs have been dear to our heart for more than 70 years now, and we stand by our principle of delivering everything that we promise.

Quality standards for the food industry – food suitability

We are a HACCP and ISO certified trading company, which is subject to regular audits. This means we can offer products from our partner factories that are suitable for foods and meet the most stringent quality requirements.  Safety in the production and packaging of flawless foodstuffs is a prerequisite for compliance with the statutory requirements both at home and abroad as well as for meeting market demands. As a responsible, transparent trading company, we constitute an integral part of the food chain and as such are dedicated to food safety.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) refers to a concept that is recognised throughout the world as the standard for  food handling. It aims to prevent the risks associated with foods, which may lead to consumers getting sick.
